SHIPPING
We ship via Australia Post.
Please provide the best daytime delivery address so you are available to receive the goods.
If you are not home, they will leave a card so you can collect your package from your nearest post office.
A flat rate of $10 applies for shipping for all orders in Australia under $100.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $150.
We do not ship Internationally at this time.
RETURNS
We want you to love what you order.
If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it instore or by returning it to us via post within 7 days of receipt.
If you cannot find something to exchange it for, we can provide you with a credit note to use towards any future purchase. The credit note is valid for 28 days.
New stock arrives weekly so we know you will find something you love.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all packaging and designer garment tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Item Returns
We aim to provide you with products of the highest quality. We check items before they are shipped to you but if you receive an item which you believe to be faulty we are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault please contact us at floreat@trapezeclothing.com.au with some photos of the fault/issue. The garment will either be repaired, replaced or you will be issued a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the goods arrive back to us. We are not responsible for items that are not received.
